Phone Policy
Please turn off or switch your phone to silent upon entering the spa to ensure a quiet and relaxing environment for both yourself and other clients.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments can be cancelled online or by phone up to 1 hour before your appointment time. No call, no shows will incur a $25 before we are able to book another service with us.
Late Policy
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time or 5 min early to fill out intake forms.
Massage or body sculpting
If you arrive after 10 min of your appointment for massage or body sculpt and our schedule is full, this will result in reduced massage time of your service and you will still be charged the full rate.
Facial or waxing
If you arrive after 10 min of your appointment for a facial or waxing and our schedule is full, this will result in cancellation or a reschedule of your service.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy on this.If you are acting or speaking inappropriately, your session will end immediately and your service will be paid for in full. Police report will be filed.
What do I wear?
We recommend coming in comfortable, loose clothing. For massage sessions, you will undress to your level of comfort. We suggest dressing down fully or to your undergarments. We have disposable undergarments available to you for your convenience.
Do you offer couples services?
Yes! We offer massage service in our couples suite. Facial services must be done separately in other suites with a facial steamer. Please call to book a couples service and for price inquiries.
Can my teenager have a service done?
Of course! Massage treatments on ages 14-17 MUST be accompanied by an adult and a consent form will have to be filled about prior to the session.
Can you service pregnant women?
Please always consult with your medical provider about which services are safe to get in a spa. We do offer prenatal massages with our licensed professionals.
Should I tip my service provider?
Tipping for a job well done is customary in the spa industry, some spa's even require it. We never expect it, but it is always appreciated. A standard tip is 15%-20% of your service.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Sunday from 10:00am-8:00pm.

What is the proper aftercare for my service?
For a massage: or body sculpting, we always recommend to have a light meal, drink plenty of water and rest so that your body can recuperate accordingly.
For facials: If you received a facial without extractions or high frequency, you are free to glow about your day! For facials with extractions, we recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup to allow products and procedures done to settle correctly and of course drink plenty of water.
For waxing: No exercise, sweating, swimming or intercourse for 24 hours.
